We work with clients to ensure optimal results in their improvement efforts using the resources they already have available. We have a hands on approach in helping with everything from diagnosing problems, understanding them in the fullest detail and working with staff to identify, implement and sustain long term quality improvement solutions.

Where there is a need to educate staff in quality improvement principles and methodologies there are many we can help with, such as Lean tools and philosophies, Deming’s theories and  Model of Improvement, developing and understanding Statistical Process Control measures, Creative Thinking, and Customer Service to name a few.

Our approach is open and consultative and we work closely with clients to tailor an improvement programme specific to their organisation’s requirements.

Karen’s  background as a qualified nurse allows her to bring a clinical perspective to quality improvement, and her combination of skills and experience gives her a unique insight into what opportunities exist and how best to deliver them and make them stick. Together with her associates they bring a vast amount of expertise and experience from both the NHS and private healthcare arenas, as well as commercial knowledge and experience from industry.
